Everybody loves a good revival. Scrunchies, 501s, Boy London, we’ve seen a fair few in recent years. And now we’re wishing a warm welcome back to Shellys, the London footwear brand that seemed to disappear round about the time we would have been getting right into it.
Luckily the clever fellows at Aldo realised that a brand that once shod punk heroes The Jam was worth saving, and Shelleys London is back with a bang. The new collection of shoes focuses heavily on shape and style, using simple colours and a lot of monochrome creations. The boots are where it’s at right now, from Chelsea styles to hardcore buckled pairs, to super high heels perfect for falling over in after a great night out. Shellys don’t make shoes for the timid, and we love them for it.
